環(huán)氧地坪漆在施工前首先要確認(rèn)地面情況，如果地面凹凸不平，有舊油漆，存在疏松層等，就直接影響環(huán)氧地坪整體的施工效果，所以要先將地面充分磨平、棉掉，這樣可以減少用漆量，增加附著力，使漆膜不易破壞，并使整體效果看上去更平整、美觀。環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂地坪漆施工前打磨地面對(duì)新建水泥環(huán)氧地坪上面的水泥塊，灰粉起到很好的去除作用，能有效地打開(kāi)水泥毛孔，以便環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂底漆更好地滲透滲出與吸收，環(huán)氧地坪漆工程的質(zhì)量起到至關(guān)重要的作用。

水泥地面做環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂地坪漆有如下要求：

1.水泥基面牢固、結(jié)實(shí)、不起殼，杜絕砂漿起殼現(xiàn)象，最好混凝土層與砂漿找平層一起澆注;如果先搗混凝土層，則要求砂漿層的厚度不低于4cm，叉車(chē)道則要求更厚一些。
