環(huán)氧地坪漆對基礎(chǔ)地面的平整度、含水率、地面強度要求比較高，直接關(guān)系著環(huán)氧地坪漆施工后的質(zhì)量，如果地面不達標，就會出現(xiàn)起泡、脫層、起殼等現(xiàn)象。因此，施工環(huán)氧樹脂地坪漆之前需要對基礎(chǔ)地面進行檢查，主要包括以下內(nèi)容：1、地面平整度?？捎?m直尺檢查，記錄間隙值，對地面過高初進行標記，一遍重點打磨，對過低初采用砂漿進行修補。2、基層含水率檢查。首先向客戶了解混凝土已養(yǎng)護時間，底層有沒有施工防水層，在養(yǎng)護期間的天氣狀況等基本情況，并采用混凝土含稅率測量儀對基材含水率進行測量，以便綜合分析。

3、混凝土強度檢查。主要檢查混凝土表面是否由起砂現(xiàn)象，是否有空鼓現(xiàn)象，然后作好標記并記錄。對強度較差的混凝土，處理時應(yīng)特別注意，涂裝前徹底吸塵后再用混凝土加強型底漆(利于滲透的底漆)大地，使之盡量深入滲透。局部空鼓應(yīng)用灌漿料修補。

3. Strength inspection of concrete. Mainly check whether the concrete surface from the sand phenomenon, whether there is empty drum phenomenon, and then mark and record. For concrete with poor strength, special attention should be paid to the treatment. 基礎(chǔ)地面處理方法：

Ground treatment of foundation:

1、新竣工的工業(yè)環(huán)氧地坪必須經(jīng)過一定的養(yǎng)護后方可施工，約28天。

1. The newly completed industrial floor must undergo certain maintenance before it can be constructed for about 28 days.

2、清除表面的水泥浮漿、舊漆以及粘附的垃圾雜物。

2. Remove surface cement slurry, old paint and adhering garbage and debris.

3、徹底清除表面的油污，用克油王清洗劑處理。

3. Clean up the oil stains on the surface thoroughly and treat them with Keyou King Cleaning Agent.

4、清除積水，并使潮處徹底干燥。

4. Clean up the stagnant water and dry the tides thoroughly.

5、表面的清潔需用無塵清掃機及大型吸塵器來完成。

5. Surface cleaning should be accomplished by a dust-free sweeper and a large vacuum cleaner.

6、平整的表面允許空隙為2～2.5mm，含水量在6%以下，PH值6～80。

7、環(huán)氧地坪表面的打毛，需用無塵打磨機來完成，并用吸塵器徹底清潔。

8、對地坪表面的洞孔和明顯凹陷處應(yīng)用膩子來填補批刮，實干后，打磨吸塵。
