無震動防滑坡道是由特種功效聚合物、改性樹脂、多角性硬度礦物骨料、其他摻和物和外加劑組成,采用特種現(xiàn)場工藝施工而成,其成品具有防滑耐磨、保護輪胎、降低胎噪、舒適無震動、遇雨水自潔等多種優(yōu)異的性能,而且圖案美觀鮮明、導向性強,醒目安全。

Its products have many excellent performances, such as anti-skid and wear resistance, tire protection, reducing tire noise, comfort and non-vibration, self-cleaning in case of rainwater, etc. Moreover, the design is beautiful and clear, the orientation is strong, and the product is eye-catching and safe. 一、無震動防滑坡道基本做法①采用混凝土地面硬化劑來提高坡道面層的耐磨性;②采用防滑槽橡膠圈定位模板來放置橡膠圈, 因而施工效率與防滑槽位置的準確性均有較大的提高。

無震動防滑坡道工藝操作要點如下:

The key points of operation of the non-vibration anti-landslide road are as follows:

(1) 清理基層。

(1) Clean up the grass-roots units.

(2) 彈線先彈設混凝土道牙標高控制線, 然后用C30混凝土鋪砌道牙, 道牙與道牙之間縫隙控制在15mm左右, 用1÷ 2水泥砂漿填實。道牙鋪設完畢且坐漿用混凝土達到一定強度后, 再在道牙上彈出坡道面層混凝土標高控制線和防滑圈位置線。

(2) The ballistic line first establishes the elevation control line of concrete ballast teeth, then lays the ballast teeth with C30 concrete. The gap between the ballast teeth and the ballast teeth is controlled at about 15 mm, and is filled with 1 2 cement mortar. (3) 綁扎鋼筋坡道面層混凝土內配置<8@200mm 雙層雙向鋼筋, 下層鋼筋設砂漿墊塊并綁扎牢固, 兩層鋼筋之間設<16mm 的馬凳筋, 間距600～ 900mm , 呈梅花形布置。

(3) Bi-directional reinforcing bars < 8@200 mm are arranged in the concrete of the surface layer of the reinforced ramp, mortar cushion blocks are arranged in the lower reinforcing bars, and horse stool bars < 16 mm are arranged between the two reinforcing bars, with a spacing of 600-900 mm, in the shape of plum blossom.

(4) 施工縫留設坡道面層混凝土分段澆筑, 每20m 留設1道施工縫。

(4) The construction joints are divided into concrete sections on the surface of the ramp, and one construction joint is set up every 20 m.

(5) 混凝土澆筑面層混凝土強度等級為C30, 石子粒徑5～ 20mm , 坍落度控制在10～ 14cm。混凝土澆筑時使用振搗器振實, 并用長刮尺找平, 用木抹子搓平提漿。(6) 第1次撒布硬化劑混凝土搓平提漿后和初凝之前開始撒布, 用量為總量 的2/3, 撒布要力求均勻, 不均勻處用掃帚掃勻。

(5) The concrete strength grade of concrete surface layer is C30, the stone size is 5-20 mm, and the slump is controlled at 10-14 cm. (7) 防滑槽橡膠圈放置先將防滑槽橡膠圈定位模板按道牙上的彈線位置予以固定, 再把防滑槽橡膠圈通過模板上的預留孔依次壓入混凝土內, 待一塊模板的預留孔壓滿橡膠圈后, 取出模板, 移至下一段使用。

(7) Placing the rubber ring of the anti-skid groove, the positioning template of the rubber ring of the anti-skid groove is fixed according to the elastic line position on the ballistic teeth, and then the rubber ring of the anti-skid groove is pressed into the concrete through the reserved hole on the template in turn. After the reserved hole of a template is filled with the rubber ring, the template is taken out and moved to the next section for use.

(8) 第2次撒布硬化劑撒布用量為總量的2/3 , 硬化劑完全吸水后用木抹子搓平壓實, 然后用鐵抹子分3遍壓光提漿, 最后用塑料掃帚將混凝土表面掃毛。

(8) The amount of hardener used for the second time is 2/3 of the total amount. After fully absorbing water, the hardener is rubbed and compacted with a wooden plaster, then the pulp is polished three times with an iron plaster, and finally the concrete surface is swept with a plastic broom.

(9) 橡膠圈在混凝土終凝前取出,以混凝土不塌邊、不掉角為度。

(9) Rubber rings are removed before the final setting of concrete, with the degree of non-collapse and non-drop angle of concrete.

(10) 混凝土固化12h 后, 在其表面涂刷養(yǎng)護劑, 養(yǎng)護時間不少于7d。養(yǎng)護期間要設置欄桿封閉, 并派專人值守,禁止上人、走車。

三、無振動止滑坡道施工方案

3. Construction Scheme of Non-Vibration Landslide Stopping Road

(1)基面處理:清理原地面油污與雜質,修補孔洞、地面打磨平整。

(1) Base treatment: Clean up oil and impurities on the original ground, repair holes and smooth ground.

(2)底層施工:整體滾涂滲透底涂,滲入混凝土并封閉毛孔,使混凝土地面牢固整合。

(2) Bottom construction: integral roll coating penetrates the bottom coating, infiltrates the concrete and closes the pore, so that the concrete ground is firmly integrated.

(3)抗壓層施工:底涂干燥后整體批刮黃色止滑抗壓中層;待不粘腳后按設計劃線并粘貼美紋紙。

(3) Compression layer construction: after the bottom coating is dried, the whole batch scrapes the Yellow anti-sliding compression middle layer; after the feet are not bonded, the line is drawn according to the design and the paper is pasted.

(4)防滑層施工:整體噴涂綠色或其他顏色防滑面層。

(5)無震動防滑坡道保護層施工：防滑層初凝時揭去美紋紙,防滑層干燥時滾涂或噴涂專用罩光劑。
