無振動防滑坡道材料是由特殊骨料與特種水泥及其他摻和物、添加劑組成。經(jīng)過特殊處理的車道防滑材料，具有強(qiáng)度好、硬度高，因而極具耐磨性、耐重壓的優(yōu)點。無振動防滑坡道材料屬于無機(jī)材料，施工中只有極少的VOC排放，是環(huán)保型產(chǎn)品。相對于水泥坎車道的震動大、易粉化、不舒適、檔次低和普通水泥坡道的阻力小、易滑、危險等缺憾，無震動防滑車道已是汽車上下坡道的首選。無振動防滑坡道材料適用于車庫坡道、道路路口、自行車道路、公交車道、汽車上下坡道、斜坡、路面有特殊止滑要求的部位、區(qū)域等。

I. Engineering scheme 1、澆筑砼基礎(chǔ)厚度500px以上，強(qiáng)度

三、封閉底層處理

用滲透型材料封閉,清理好的施工地面，以提高地面防腐、防水性能，確保后道抗壓層與地面的粘接力。（每平米樹脂用量0.2kg）樹脂：水=1：2

四、抗壓層施工處理

4. Construction Treatment of Compressive Layer 將抗壓層材料根據(jù)要求配比、充分?jǐn)嚢韬?用鋸齒鏝刀均勻、平整、密實的攤鋪

根據(jù)設(shè)計要求放樣，粘貼美紋紙。（一般選擇黃綠相間，綠色寬80-100㎝，黃色寬15㎝;也可以根據(jù)客戶需要進(jìn)行其他顏色搭配）。

五、止滑層施工批刮

5. Construction scraping of anti-sliding layer 根據(jù)要求將混合好的止滑層材料先用鋸齒鏝刀批刮一遍在抗壓層上，然后再噴涂一遍，形成約4㎜厚表面粗糙的彩色條形止滑帶。

六、罩面處理

6. Cover treatment 無振動止滑坡道施工完畢,將施工雜物、垃圾清理干凈。

After the construction, the construction debris and garbage will be cleaned up. 止滑層施工結(jié)束12小時后，涂刷專用罩面劑，養(yǎng)護(hù)一周，即可允許車輛通行使用。

七、 檢查與驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

VII. Inspection and Acceptance Standards 1.檢查前道工序的檢查，表面加工情況，有色差、剝落、損傷。

1. Check the inspection of the previous process, surface processing, color difference, peeling, damage. 2.驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)施工成品達(dá)到不露底、不起殼、無空鼓、色彩、規(guī)格均勻、相對平整。地面的靜摩擦系數(shù)COF值≥0.5。

2. Acceptance standard construction products achieve no bottom exposure, no shell, no empty drum, color, uniform specifications, relatively flat. The COF value of ground static friction coefficient is more than 0.5.
