環(huán)氧地坪漆涂料在涂裝后由于溶劑揮發(fā)過快，使漆液來不及補(bǔ)充，從而形成許多圓形的小穴、小圈或像皮革的毛孔那樣的針狀小孔的現(xiàn)象。噴涂和輥涂法施工的清漆和顏料份量較低的涂料容易出現(xiàn)針孔弊病。形成針孔的直徑一般很小，大約100μm左右，最大的也有幾毫米，形成圓錐形或半球形。環(huán)氧地坪漆施工后產(chǎn)生【針孔】的原因：

The epoxy floor paint can not be replenished due to the rapid volatilization of solvent after coating, thus forming many round holes, small circles or needle-like holes like leather pores. Paints with low pigments and varnishes sprayed and rolled are prone to pinhole defects. The diameter of the pinhole is usually very small, about 100 microns, and the largest is a few millimeters, forming a conical or hemispherical shape. Reasons for pinholes in epoxy floor paint after construction: 1、環(huán)氧地坪漆涂料施工黏度過大，施工場(chǎng)所溫度較低，使用涂料攪拌后由于停置的時(shí)間過短，仍有殘存的氣泡，

1. The construction viscosity of epoxy floor paint is too high and the temperature of the construction site is low. After mixing with the paint, there are still remaining bubbles due to the short stopping time.

2、溶劑搭配不當(dāng)，低沸點(diǎn)揮發(fā)性溶劑用量過多，造成涂膜表面迅速干燥，而底部的溶劑不宜逸出，

2. The improper matching of solvents and the excessive use of volatile solvents at low boiling point result in the rapid drying of the film surface, while the solvent at the bottom should not escape.

3、環(huán)氧地坪漆涂料中有水分，空氣中有灰塵，施工地面有發(fā)汗和油污等現(xiàn)象，

4、在噴涂施工中噴槍的壓力過大，噴嘴口徑過小，噴槍和物面的距離太遠(yuǎn)，

5、施工場(chǎng)地環(huán)境溫度過高，被涂物或是施工地面溫度過高，

6、環(huán)氧樹脂地坪漆涂料流平性差，釋放氣泡性差。

預(yù)防環(huán)氧地坪漆施工后出現(xiàn)【針孔】的方法：

Methods to prevent pinholes from occurring after construction of epoxy floor paint:

a、環(huán)氧樹脂地坪漆涂料施工黏度不宜過大，施工場(chǎng)所溫度不宜過低。涂料攪拌后，應(yīng)放置一段時(shí)間，待氣泡跑凈后再施工，

A. The construction viscosity of epoxy floor paint should not be too high and the temperature of construction site should not be too low. After mixing the paint, it should be placed for a period of time before the bubbles run away.

b、注意溶劑的搭配，應(yīng)控制低沸點(diǎn)溶劑的用量，

B. Attention should be paid to the mixing of solvents and the amount of solvents with low boiling point should be controlled.

c、施工前應(yīng)除涂料中的水分和空氣中的灰塵，確保被涂物表面應(yīng)處理干凈后再進(jìn)行施工，

C. Moisture and dust in the paint should be removed before costruction to ensure that the surface of the coating should be cleaned before construction.

d、應(yīng)掌握好噴涂的技術(shù)，

D. The technology of spraying should be mastered well.

e、注意施工場(chǎng)所的環(huán)境濕度，被涂物表面的溫度，不應(yīng)高于施工時(shí)的環(huán)境溫度，

E. Attention should be paid to the environmental huidity of the construction site and the temperature of the surface of the coating should not be higher than that of the environment at the time of construction.

f、調(diào)整涂料配方。
