環(huán)氧地坪漆涂料施工后，由于被涂物表面存在或是混入涂料中異物，例如：油、水的影響，致使環(huán)氧地坪漆涂料附著不均勻，而產(chǎn)生抽縮使得涂膜無法遮蓋下一層油漆表面的現(xiàn)象。這種涂膜弊病會(huì)在剛涂裝完漆后，或是在干燥后產(chǎn)生，直徑多為0.1~0.2mm的縮孔，存在于圓孔內(nèi)有顆粒的稱之為魚眼。

After the application of epoxy floor paint, because of the presence of foreign substances on the surface of the coated or mixed into the paint, such as oil and water, the adhesion of epoxy floor paint is not uniform, resulting in shrinkage, which makes the film unable to cover the next layer of paint surface. This film defect will occur after painting, or after drying. The diameter of shrinkage holes is mostly 0.1-0.2 mm. The existence of particles in the round holes is called fish eye. 

環(huán)氧樹脂地坪漆產(chǎn)生魚眼現(xiàn)象的原因：

Reasons for Fisheye Phenomenon in Epoxy Resin Floor Paint:

1、所選涂料表面張力偏高，流平性差，對(duì)縮孔的敏感性較大;或稀釋劑添加過量。

1. The selected coatings have high surface tension, poor leveling, high sensitivity to shrinkage, or excessive addition of diluents.

2、施工過程中，在底層的油脂清漆沒有干透就上第二道清漆，導(dǎo)致收縮或針孔。

2. During the construction process, the second varnish is applied to the bottom layer of grease varnish without drying thoroughly, resulting in shrinkage or pinholes.

3、使用雙組分涂料在使用前，沒經(jīng)熟化就直接進(jìn)行涂裝。

3. Before using the two-component coating, the coating is directly carried out without ripening.

4、環(huán)氧地坪漆施工工具、工作服、手套等不干凈或是挑起工具及設(shè)備不潔凈，涂裝場(chǎng)所的環(huán)境空氣不清潔。

4. The floor paint construction tools, work clothes, gloves, etc. are not clean or the lifting tools and equipment are not clean. The ambient air in the painting place is not clean.

5、施工場(chǎng)相對(duì)于環(huán)氧樹脂地坪漆施工溫度要求太低或是濕度過高。

環(huán)氧樹脂地坪漆魚眼現(xiàn)象預(yù)防辦法：

Preventive Measures for Fisheye Phenomenon in Epoxy Resin Floor Lacquer:

a、在研制和選用涂料時(shí)，要注意涂料對(duì)縮孔的敏感性。

A. In the development and selection of coatings, attention should be paid to the sensitivity of the coatings to shrinkage.

b、應(yīng)在底層油脂清漆充分干燥之后再進(jìn)行第二道的施工。

B. The second construction should be carried out after the bottom grease varnish is fully dried.

c、進(jìn)行雙組分涂料調(diào)配后，需要熟化一段時(shí)間才可以進(jìn)行施工的。

C. After the two-component coating is prepared, it needs to be ripened for a period of time before construction can be carried out.

d、確保環(huán)氧地坪涂裝環(huán)境的清潔，空氣中應(yīng)無大量的塵埃、油污和氣霧，嚴(yán)禁裸手、戴臟手套和用臟擦布接觸被涂物表面。

D. Ensure the cleanliness of the epoxy floor painting environment. There should be no dust, grease and mist in the air. No bare hands, dirty gloves and dirty wipes are allowed to contact the surface of the coating.

e、應(yīng)注意施工場(chǎng)所的溫度和濕度達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，方可施工。

E. Attention should be paid to the temperature and humidity of the construction site to meet the standard before construction can be carried out.
