環(huán)氧地坪漆具有整體平整無縫、表面美觀、色彩豐富、防塵、易清潔、易維修、防水抗?jié)B、耐化學品性、耐磨、耐重壓、防靜電、防滑等性能，被廣泛應用在工業(yè)廠房、車間、地下車庫等場所。但是在實際施工過程中，有時候會出現(xiàn)漆膜龜裂的現(xiàn)象，影響了環(huán)氧地坪的美觀，這是什么原因呢?該如何解決呢?

環(huán)氧地坪漆漆膜龜裂的原因及預防措施：

1、漆膜自然老化：環(huán)氧地坪漆在達到使用壽命后，漆膜因為老化而自然開裂。對于因漆膜達到使用壽命老化而造成龜裂，且漆膜出現(xiàn)松軟現(xiàn)象應予以徹底鏟除。

2、漆膜太厚且沒有充分干燥：環(huán)氧地坪漆施工過程中因為過于追求漆面的光澤度，盲目的增加漆面厚度反復噴涂，但是每次施工間隔時間太短，面漆沒有充分干燥而造成龜裂。對于這種原因?qū)е碌钠崮斄褑栴}，在施工時要嚴格控制每道漆的厚度，一次不能涂刷太厚，而且要在每一道漆充分干燥之后再進行下一道漆的施工。

2. 3、底漆與面漆不配套：客戶選擇的底漆與面漆不配套導致漆膜出現(xiàn)龜裂現(xiàn)象。建議消費者一定要選擇同一廠家的產(chǎn)品。

環(huán)氧地坪漆漆膜出現(xiàn)龜裂的處理方法:

1、對于因為環(huán)氧地坪漆達到使用壽命而出現(xiàn)的龜裂現(xiàn)象，只能將舊漆膜清除干凈，重新施工環(huán)氧地坪漆。

1. For the cracking phenomenon caused by the service life of epoxy floor paint, only the old paint film can be cleaned up and the epoxy floor paint can be re-constructed.

2、對于龜裂現(xiàn)象不嚴重的，可以將漆膜表面打磨一遍，重新滾一遍面漆。
