環(huán)氧地坪漆的使用壽命一般在5-15年，但是有很多的環(huán)氧地坪漆才使用2-3年，甚至更短的時(shí)間就出現(xiàn)涂層大面積脫落的情況，這是什么原因呢?環(huán)氧地坪漆涂層大面積脫落分兩種情況：a、環(huán)氧地坪漆涂層與混凝土基層結(jié)合界面破壞，表現(xiàn)為環(huán)氧涂層大面積出現(xiàn)脫落，而混凝土基層正常無損，直接原因是界面附著力不足。b、環(huán)氧地坪漆涂層與混凝土基層表面砂漿結(jié)合緊密，破壞面出現(xiàn)在混凝土基層內(nèi)部，破壞面位于混凝土基層的砂漿平面。這種破壞形式一般大面積出現(xiàn)，直接原因是混凝土的抗拉強(qiáng)度不足。

環(huán)氧地坪漆涂層脫落的原因：

1、基礎(chǔ)地面處理不到位，地面上的油污、水溶解物、銹跡等清理不干凈，導(dǎo)致環(huán)氧底漆與基礎(chǔ)地面沒有粘結(jié)牢固。

1. Undertreatment of the base floor and unclean cleaning of oil, water-soluble substances and rust on the ground lead to no strong bond between epoxy primer and the base floor.

2、基礎(chǔ)地面處理后與環(huán)氧地坪漆施工時(shí)的間隔時(shí)間過長，導(dǎo)致灰塵雜質(zhì)出現(xiàn)在地表面。

3、基礎(chǔ)地面的含水率偏高，沒做防水層，就會(huì)有環(huán)氧地坪漆層脫落的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)存在。

4、基礎(chǔ)地面表面太過光滑，沒有進(jìn)行打磨拉毛處理，就會(huì)導(dǎo)致環(huán)氧地坪漆與基層附著力不夠，出現(xiàn)環(huán)氧地坪漆涂層脫落的現(xiàn)象。

5、水泥地面強(qiáng)度不夠，粉化嚴(yán)重，沒有對(duì)水泥地面進(jìn)行固化處理。

防止環(huán)氧環(huán)氧地坪漆涂層大面積脫落的方法：

Method of preventing large area peeling off of epoxy floor paint coating:

1、基礎(chǔ)地面上的油污雜物等一定要清理干凈。

1. Oil and sundries on the ground must be cleaned up.

2、地下室等場所一定要做防水層，新做水泥地面要養(yǎng)護(hù)28天以上，確保含水率不高于8%才能進(jìn)行環(huán)氧地坪漆施工。

2. Waterproof layer must be made in basement and other places. New cement floor should be maintained for more than 28 days to ensure that moisture content is not higher than 8% before epoxy floor paint can be constructed.

3、基礎(chǔ)地面一定要用打磨機(jī)打磨拉毛，增強(qiáng)環(huán)氧地坪漆涂層與地面的附著力。

3. The base floor must be polished and brushed with a grinder to enhance the adhesion between the epoxy floor paint coating and the ground.

4、地面處理后要及時(shí)進(jìn)行環(huán)氧地坪漆施工，如果間隔時(shí)間過長，需重新清理干凈。
