1、初步掃清：用掃把將待處理地面上的垃圾清理干凈，有水的地方首先應該切斷水源，并清除表層積水，再設法使地面干燥;有油污的地方應用有機溶劑等(比如天那水，二甲苯等)洗凈，擦干，有油漆或其它不明污染物的地方應作適當處理，其方法用打磨，有機溶劑擦洗等。
