施工環(huán)氧地坪漆要求水泥基礎(chǔ)地面的強(qiáng)度在C25以上，如果基礎(chǔ)地面的狀況良好，無(wú)起砂等現(xiàn)象，那么環(huán)氧底漆的用量大約在0.15-0.3kg/㎡。如果地面強(qiáng)度不好，如果按照原本的地坪漆用量來(lái)施工，環(huán)氧地坪的質(zhì)量就無(wú)法得到保證，在地坪走叉車火放置重物的時(shí)候，極大幾率環(huán)氧地坪就可能會(huì)連同環(huán)氧地坪基面一起被壓陷拉裂。

The construction of epoxy floor paint requires that the strength of cement foundation floor be above C25. 如果地坪漆施工時(shí)基面強(qiáng)度低，但又沒(méi)有涂布足夠的環(huán)氧地坪底漆增加環(huán)氧地坪基面強(qiáng)度，則環(huán)氧地坪質(zhì)量較差，如果地坪上有叉車等重物時(shí)，環(huán)氧地坪就可能會(huì)連同水泥基面一起被壓陷拉裂。所以在施工環(huán)氧地坪時(shí)，一定要保證底漆的涂布量足夠。如果地面整體強(qiáng)度過(guò)低，則可重新澆筑一層強(qiáng)度足夠的混凝土層，避免環(huán)氧地坪底漆的大量使用大幅增加施工成本。
