施工環(huán)境是指施工時(shí)周圍環(huán)境的氣象條件及衛(wèi)生情況(污染物)。它在環(huán)氧地坪漆涂料的干燥與成膜過(guò)程中起重要的作用，對(duì)環(huán)氧地坪漆涂膜的黏度和地坪漆涂層的質(zhì)量有很大的影響。環(huán)氧地坪漆施工環(huán)境的幾大要素：1、自然界中的風(fēng)力同樣也是影響地坪漆施工質(zhì)量的因素之一，施工時(shí)既要保證地坪漆施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的通風(fēng)，但風(fēng)力又不能過(guò)大。這是因?yàn)轱L(fēng)力過(guò)大會(huì)分別加速地坪漆涂料中溶劑和水分的蒸發(fā)，使地坪漆工程涂料成膜不佳，此外還會(huì)降低空氣的潔凈度，使地坪漆工程涂層沾上雜質(zhì)。所以，當(dāng)風(fēng)力級(jí)別>4級(jí)的大風(fēng)天氣，應(yīng)停止地坪漆涂料的施工。2、光照也是影響地坪漆涂裝效果的重要因素之一，地坪漆涂料在貯存和運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中要防止暴曬，在施工過(guò)程中要防止陽(yáng)光直射。尤其在炎熱高溫的夏季，陽(yáng)光直射下的被涂飾的地坪漆基層表面溫度過(guò)高，會(huì)使其脫水或脫溶劑速度過(guò)快，使成膜的效果不佳，從而嚴(yán)重影響地坪漆涂層的質(zhì)量。3、同時(shí)也應(yīng)考慮污染物質(zhì)的影響。地坪漆施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)周圍環(huán)境中，如有工廠或汽車排出的大量的廢氣，如SO2,H2S等腐蝕性氣體，以及周圍環(huán)境中產(chǎn)生飛揚(yáng)的灰塵，都將對(duì)地坪漆的施工質(zhì)量造成影響。因此當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有特殊的氣味或飛揚(yáng)的塵土，應(yīng)暫停施工，當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)污染物質(zhì)已經(jīng)沽污部分涂層，應(yīng)及時(shí)清洗干凈。
