眾所周知，環(huán)氧地坪的主要成分是環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂，在施工過(guò)程中，環(huán)境因素的變化與添加劑的使用等，都會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)氧地坪漆的特性產(chǎn)生一定的影響，從而可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致環(huán)氧地坪無(wú)光澤的現(xiàn)象，那么我們?nèi)绾卧谑┕r(shí)提前預(yù)防使環(huán)氧地坪保持光澤呢？環(huán)氧地坪的施工技術(shù)和施工前的準(zhǔn)備是造成失光的主要原因，養(yǎng)成規(guī)范的施工技術(shù)，考量施工環(huán)境要求和嚴(yán)格按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)施工流程操作就可以大大減少環(huán)氧地坪漆施工完畢后出現(xiàn)失光的現(xiàn)象。

As we all know, epoxy resin is the main component of epoxy flooring. In the construction process, changes in environmental factors and the use of additives will have a certain impact on the characteristics of epoxy flooring paint, which may lead to the phenomenon of glossless epoxy flooring. So how can we prevent the gloss of epoxy flooring in advance? The construction technology of epoxy floor and preparation before construction are the main reasons for the loss of light. Formation of standard construction technology, consideration of construction environment requirements and strict operation in accordance with the standard construction process can greatly reduce the phenomenon of loss of light after the completion of construction of epoxy floor paint. 1) 施工場(chǎng)地的濕度不宜太大，揮發(fā)性漆的涂膜容易吸收水分而導(dǎo)致最終環(huán)氧地坪效果發(fā)白，所以施工時(shí)的相對(duì)濕度不能超過(guò)85%。

1) The humidity of the construction site should not be too high. The film of volatile paint is easy to absorb moisture, resulting in the final whitening effect of epoxy flooring, so the relative humidity during construction can not exceed 85%.

2) 在添加稀釋劑時(shí)控制其用量，不宜添加過(guò)多。還需要避免煤油這一類(lèi)高沸點(diǎn)的溶劑。

2) When adding diluent, the dosage should be controlled, and it is not appropriate to add too much diluent. Kerosene, a kind of solvent with high boiling point, should also be avoided.

3) 施工前，先將地面充分處理干凈，尤其是一些不起眼的細(xì)小粉塵、酸、堿、油、蠟質(zhì)和水分等物質(zhì)。

3) Before construction, the ground should be thoroughly treated, especially some minor fine dust, acid, alkali, oil, wax and water.

4) 環(huán)氧環(huán)氧地坪施工時(shí)應(yīng)控制顏料的含水量，在施工中避免混入水分，保持場(chǎng)地完全干燥。

4) The water content of pigments should be controlled during the construction of epoxy flooring, so as to avoid mixing water in the construction and keep the site completely dry.

5) 施工時(shí)將地面先用膩?zhàn)犹钇剑蚰?，再涂底漆封鎖。因?yàn)楫?dāng)?shù)孛姹韺佣嗫谆虼植跁r(shí)，直接涂底漆會(huì)影響整體美觀，未涂底漆的環(huán)氧環(huán)氧地坪也會(huì)發(fā)生失光現(xiàn)象。

5) During construction, the ground is first filled with putty, polished, and then sealed with primer. Because when the surface is porous or rough, direct primer will affect the overall beauty, and the epoxy floor without primer will lose its gloss.

6) 根據(jù)施工場(chǎng)地的用途，選擇相對(duì)應(yīng)的抗化傷機(jī)能與耐候性能的涂料。

7) 確保每一層涂料都在完全干燥的情況下進(jìn)行施工。
