施工環(huán)氧砂漿地坪中常會遇到砂漿不上色，配方中的顏料用量很大，不能夠使漆膜呈現(xiàn)所需要的顏色，甚至根本不能夠顯現(xiàn)彩色。造成這一問題的原因是砂漿中產(chǎn)生顏料遷移現(xiàn)象。遷移性是指彩色漆膜中的顏料，從其所在的漆膜中轉(zhuǎn)移到漆膜表面或與之接觸的另一物質(zhì)表面的現(xiàn)象。顏料的遷移往往造成漆膜滲色或浮色。顏料遷移性的大小主要與漆膜性質(zhì)、顏料種類和用量、顏料在涂膜中所處的物理化學(xué)狀態(tài)及涂膜所處的環(huán)境等因素有關(guān)。一般來講，顏料遷移性越大，漆膜耐遷移性差。耐遷移性是彩色漆膜的一項重要性能指標(biāo)，如果漆膜耐遷移性差，則其在使用過程中會發(fā)生色變，從而影響涂裝效果，如果嚴重時還會損壞漆膜的物理化學(xué)性能。

因為環(huán)氧砂漿地坪中石英砂等顆粒粗大，溶劑的存在又能夠使油漆中的顏料的流動性很大，導(dǎo)致顏料在未固化的漆膜中易于遷移。顏料向基層遷移，使漆膜表面沒有顏料分布，因而漆膜難于上色。解決這一問題的方法是增加涂料中粉料的用量。但過多地增加粉料，可能會對油漆的流動性和漆膜的物理力學(xué)性能產(chǎn)生不利影響。若在合理的范圍內(nèi)增加粉料的用量仍不能解決，則可以通過增加鈦白粉的方法解決，在油漆中適量地添加鈦白粉就能夠很好的消除環(huán)氧砂漿地坪在施工中顏料遷移現(xiàn)象，達到所需要的配色要求。
