環(huán)氧地坪表面的涂膜，因涂裝質(zhì)量不良，或在使用過(guò)程在逐漸老化、脫落、開(kāi)裂，或因長(zhǎng)期磨損造成涂膜破壞，需要重新涂裝時(shí)，必須將損壞涂層去除。去除環(huán)氧地坪表面質(zhì)量不良涂膜可采取以下方案：

將失效涂膜除去，而保留功能尚好的涂層再進(jìn)行環(huán)氧地坪涂裝，這里需注意，重新涂裝前必須弄槍原涂裝涂料的配套體系，嚴(yán)格按照涂料配套進(jìn)行。檢查被保留涂膜確無(wú)缺陷后，去頂涂料品種。

完全將表面的涂膜去除，直至露出基材本體。當(dāng)涂過(guò)漆的表面出現(xiàn)了腐蝕、起皮、起泡、開(kāi)裂、起鱗或全面破裂的現(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)把損壞的涂膜完全除去，直到露出裸露基體表面再重新涂裝。由于重新涂裝涉及涂料配套問(wèn)題，如果是單組分環(huán)氧地坪丙烯酸、氯化橡膠等揮發(fā)干燥涂料，則很容易出現(xiàn)咬底等問(wèn)題，環(huán)氧地坪加涂時(shí)一定要選擇合適的涂料。
