1、環(huán)氧地坪漆涂裝前基礎(chǔ)地面處理的質(zhì)量控制

應(yīng)按被涂物件表面處理要求，采用科學(xué)有效的處理方法，徹底清除被涂物件表面的油垢、銹蝕及雜質(zhì)，保證被涂物表面清潔、干燥。尤其是被涂物表面應(yīng)有一定的粗糙度，對保證環(huán)氧地坪涂料涂裝質(zhì)量起重要作用。

環(huán)氧地坪漆施工工藝要求非常嚴(yán)格，每道施工后，都應(yīng)仔細(xì)觀測表面狀態(tài)，涂膜是否均勻、有無氣孔、粗粒、涂膜固化速度等。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題應(yīng)及時(shí)解決。需一定按施工規(guī)定的每道涂裝厚度及固化條件嚴(yán)格操作，避免施工時(shí)產(chǎn)生質(zhì)量事故。

The construction technology of epoxy floor paint is very strict. 3、最終質(zhì)量檢測

環(huán)氧地坪材料施工程序全部結(jié)束后，應(yīng)按質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定對涂裝質(zhì)量進(jìn)行全面質(zhì)量檢查。檢測涂膜的硬度、厚度、附著力、表面狀態(tài)、光澤等質(zhì)量指標(biāo)。發(fā)現(xiàn)涂膜有氣泡、裂痕、起皺和縮孔等弊病時(shí)，應(yīng)采取有效的補(bǔ)救措施，否則不能達(dá)到防護(hù)目的。

The hardness, thickness, adhesion, surface state and gloss of the coating were measured.
