一、施工前的準備工作：

Preparations before construction:

1、檢查基礎地面情況：是否平整，將過高或過低位置做好標識，對其進行打磨或修補。

2、要清楚知道地面的養(yǎng)護時間，施工環(huán)境的情況，溫度、濕度、是否有防水層等。因為環(huán)氧地坪漆的施工是受環(huán)境的影響的，溫度不能過高或過低，濕度也要在合適的范圍內(nèi)。夏天的養(yǎng)護時間是7天，溫度低或比較潮濕的地方則10天。

2. 3、檢查混凝土地面的強度。這是為了防止施工后環(huán)氧地坪漆出現(xiàn)起砂、空鼓等不良現(xiàn)象。強度較低的混凝土地面，在施工前要特別注意吸塵，清理干凈后，涂刷上環(huán)氧封閉底漆，將混凝土地面的毛細孔封閉起來，阻止水汽，雜物等滲入地面，增強混凝土地面的強度。

3. Check the strength of concrete floor. This is in order to prevent the occurrence of sand, empty drum and other undesirable phenomena in epoxy floor paint after construction. The concrete floor with lower strength should be cleaned up before construction. After cleaning, epoxy sealing primer should be applied to seal the capillary holes of the concrete floor to prevent water vapor and sundries from penetrating into the ground and enhance the strength of the concrete floor.

4、檢查施工場所環(huán)境是否潔凈。如果環(huán)氧地坪漆混入灰塵等雜物的話，會使環(huán)氧地坪出現(xiàn)顆粒狀或不平整的情況。

二、施工過程中需要注意的地方：

2、施工時涂布的涂層厚度在均勻，固化實干后才可以進入下道工序。

三、施工后需要注意的地方：

1、地坪漆涂層全部施工完畢后，清理現(xiàn)場把所的施工工具和材料全部帶離現(xiàn)場。

2、24小時固化后待表面涂膜完成固化可上人行走，三天后檢收，一周后可投入使用。

3、投入使用后的環(huán)氧地坪工程要注意維護保養(yǎng)，禁止破壞，定期檢查環(huán)氧涂層的表面情況，有損壞的及時報修。
