冬季低溫下進行環(huán)氧地坪漆原材料施工會使得環(huán)氧地坪漆的固化時間加長，也會讓每個涂層之間施工時長拉大，還會影響到環(huán)氧地坪漆原材料上那一層薄薄漆膜的干燥情況，因為在環(huán)氧地坪施工中，漆膜分為多個步驟澆筑涂刷，每一步都需要等到自然干燥固化成膜后在進行下一步施工，且漆膜的干燥時間與整個施工工程息息相關(guān)。那么有沒有什么辦法是可以讓環(huán)氧地坪漆施工中的漆膜干燥時間加快呢?

室內(nèi)施工環(huán)境的濕度也是影響環(huán)氧地坪漆原材料時漆膜干燥的原因，施工時室內(nèi)濕度不超過85%，它的涂膜更容易干燥盡量讓室內(nèi)通風(fēng)，自然干燥，相反當(dāng)相對濕度大于85%時，漆膜表面會出現(xiàn)泛白，裂紋和剝落的情況，所以當(dāng)室內(nèi)濕度過大時，要充分利用大氣中的水分進行固化，在氣候干燥的時候又要采用相應(yīng)的措施給空氣加濕才能進行正常固化。
