環(huán)氧地坪施工對(duì)混凝土基面有什么要求么?1、混凝土基面平整密實(shí),強(qiáng)度條件不低于C20；強(qiáng)度太差,會(huì)降低環(huán)氧地坪涂層的耐壓、抗沖功能及耐久性；2、地面平整度通常在2M界線(xiàn)內(nèi)，落差不大于2mm;如落差較大,則環(huán)氧地坪砂漿層需加厚以減削落差；3、如需涂裝的地面處于底層,地下水位較高,則混凝土底層應(yīng)作好防水辦理,防止地下水蒸發(fā)頂起環(huán)氧地坪涂層而導(dǎo)致起泡、起殼征象；

What are the requirements for concrete base surface in epoxy floor construction? 1. The concrete base surface is smooth and compact, and the strength condition is not less than C20; too poor strength will reduce the compressive, impact resistance and durability of epoxy floor coating; 2. The ground evenness is usually within the 2M boundary, and the drop is not more than 2mm; if the drop is large, the ground mortar layer needs to be thickened to reduce the drop; 3. 4、混凝土徹底干燥起碼三周以上,含水率不高于6%;且在養(yǎng)護(hù)過(guò)程中防止淋雨及積水在地面等,不然易導(dǎo)致片面混凝土水分含量超標(biāo)；

5、樓板上、鋼筋混凝土梁及分次澆鑄的混凝土上的細(xì)石，混凝土找平層強(qiáng)度不應(yīng)低于C20,厚度不低于30mm；

6、防起殼,混凝土層以及泥漿找平層需一同澆注；假如先搗混凝土層,則條件泥漿層的厚度不低于4cm ,叉車(chē)道則條件更厚一些；不起砂,硬度好,沒(méi)有水泥粉化征象：

b 、新倒水泥泥漿層要充分調(diào)養(yǎng)，水泥基面平展、無(wú)坎坷不平、蜂窩麻面、水泥疙瘩，地面平展性不大于涂裝。

B. The newly poured cement slurry layer should be fully maintained. The cement base surface is flat, no rough, honeycomb linen surface, cement knot, and the ground flatness is not greater than painting.

7、對(duì)損害的混凝土修護(hù),可以采取細(xì)石混土壤,強(qiáng)度品級(jí)不應(yīng)小于C20,厚度不應(yīng)小于30mm。

8、細(xì)活部位,如落水管外圍、門(mén)坎處等混凝土應(yīng)平整,棱角處應(yīng)平直。
