（2）徹底干燥基層。混凝土含水率越高，黏結(jié)強度越低。因而，對基層進行徹底干燥處理有利于提高涂層和基層的黏結(jié)強度。

(2) thoroughly dry the base. The higher the moisture content of concrete is, the lower the bond strength is. Therefore, the thorough drying treatment of the base is conducive to improving the bonding strength of the coating and the base course.
