環(huán)氧地坪漆涂料工程翻修的兩種原因，一是原有涂環(huán)氧地坪漆層的陳舊、老化：二是更新的需要。 舊環(huán)氧地坪漆涂膜的清除需要了解舊涂膜的老化程度與新環(huán)氧地坪漆涂層的相容性，對嚴重老化的環(huán)氧地坪漆涂層可用水浸泡、沖洗后用油灰刀鏟除。溶劑型環(huán)氧地坪漆涂料形成的地坪漆涂層表面致密，須用鋼絲刷或電動砂輪等機械方法剔除。 對地板漆涂層并未老化，僅因更新需要而進行翻修的地坪漆工程，主要考慮新老地坪漆涂層的相容性.相容性好的話，只須將表面進行清洗，待干燥后進行地坪漆涂飾施工。如相容性差，在重新涂飾過程中，原地坪漆涂料易起皮，脫落，則舊環(huán)氧地坪漆涂膜應(yīng)按上述方法全部清除。

If the compatibility is poor, in the re-painting process, the original floor paint coating is easy to peel off, then the old floor paint film should be removed according to the above method. 一般情況，同種高分子成膜物質(zhì)都具良好相容性。溶劑型涂料形成的地坪漆涂層容易在上面覆蓋溶劑型地坪漆涂料，水溶型及水乳型地坪漆涂料情況比較復(fù)雜，必要時可在舊地坪漆涂層上進行小面積試涂，然后再進行下一步的施工。
