環(huán)氧地坪施工的時(shí)候有很多需要注意的地方，環(huán)氧自流平地坪漆的施工工法和選料并沒(méi)有固定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，歐美、日本、韓國(guó)等各國(guó)的材料和施工習(xí)慣均有不同，在中國(guó)大陸這三種工法都有采用，但目前由于工程價(jià)格逐步降低，多層體系因其材料費(fèi)用低在市場(chǎng)上占了主流。

封閉底漆和無(wú)溶劑環(huán)氧自流平面涂、石英砂封閉底漆多選用無(wú)溶劑型，滲透性和封閉性好;而這種無(wú)溶劑環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂地坪漆通常由環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂、固化劑、顏色和助劑等組成，不含或少含填料，而在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)將甲乙混合后，還須再加一定比例和粒度的石英砂(粉)配成鏝涂料漿，用鋸齒刮板鏝涂后，再用釘子輥筒輥壓表面消泡和助流平。

Sealing primer and solvent-free epoxy self-flowing surface coating, quartz sand sealing primer are mostly solvent-free, with good permeability and sealing; and this solvent-free epoxy resin floor paint is usually composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, color and additives, without or without fillers, and in the field will be mixed with a certain ratio of A to B. After dispensing with zigzag scraper, the surface of the coating paste is defoamed and leveled by roller pressing with nails.

因?yàn)槎纬尚?，所以這種工法在不平地面做薄的自流平時(shí)，需先對(duì)地面進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)和找平，否則施工后平整度不佳;其次，封閉底漆一定要能保證完全封閉底材孔隙;三是釘子輥筒一定要用。主要特點(diǎn)：這種工法主要為外資環(huán)氧地坪涂料企業(yè)(特別是歐美企業(yè))所采用或推薦，施工工序少，所需工期短，質(zhì)量相對(duì)也好控制，但 耐磨地坪材料費(fèi)用高(主要面涂用量大)，對(duì)平整度高的基材地面尤其適用。
