2、 鑒定地面平整度：可用2米靠尺或目測的方式，查看平整度或地面波浪起伏程度等，也可用專業(yè)測評儀進(jìn)行測定，一般平整度在3mm以內(nèi)的則較為平整，平整度超過3mm的則會(huì)大幅增加研磨成本;

4、 鑒定地面疏松度：主要測定起砂程度，最好的方法是用專用工具深挖至少1cm以上，看整個(gè)混凝土層的起砂程度，以便確定合理工藝;

5、 鑒定地面均勻一致性：地面的均勻一致性直接關(guān)乎固化拋光后的效果，簡單的辦法可用灑水法，觀察地面是否均勻一致。
